We are the ‘Domestic Energy Advice Service’, theDEAS for short.

Founded in 2008, we have been providing energy advice, support, and property surveys for our customers and businesses for many years.

In fact we have carried out over 8000 Energy Performance Certificates to date.

We fully cover East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Essex, London and Kent, with employed Assessors located in these locations.

We offer a range of services designed to help people save money every day. We can help you understand the importance of saving energy and to show how simple changes at home, or work can lead to substantial savings on your bills.

We offer impartial advice on all matters "Green" and can offer guidance on which products are available to you in order to improve your energy efficiency. We will also explain how you can earn rewards and make savings by installing renewable products in your home or business.

Our services to date have helped Estate and Lettings Agents, Landlords, Vendors, and Solicitors right across the South East.

All of our Energy Assessors have passed rigorous exams and are qualified to industry standards, along with being CRB checked for security, and accredited to ensure compliance.
