We are able to offer a range of additional services to landlord and letting agents which can be purchased with an Energy Performance Certificate or individually
We are AIIC qualified for Inventories, including check in, midterm checks and check out.
We are fully trained in drawing floor plans, 2D and 3D.
We are already supplying these services to local letting agents, and private landlords who tailor a package to suit their needs.
You can add these extra services to your package for an additional fee, or buy them individually.
